How we use it

We use your information to reply, scope engagements, and deliver work. Data stays inside our secured productivity stack and is only accessible to the team assigned to your project.

How long we keep it

Discovery notes and contact records are reviewed quarterly. Anything that is no longer relevant is deleted. Active client material remains stored for the duration of the engagement unless you request removal.
